Meet The Team

Get to know the medical and administration team at The Chislehurst Partnership.

Our mission is to provide an excellent, high quality health experience for all our patients. Our team are fully trained and compliant with NHS confidentiality policies and all mandatory training. We regularly run in-house team based training to improve our service to our patient population.

GP Partners

Dr Elizabeth Brander (f)

MBBS BSc DRCOG MRCGP Dip GUM DFSRH Registered 1991

Grew up in Bromley and trained at King’s College Hospital, London and qualified in 1990. She did her GP training in Devon before returning to Bromley and joined the practice in 1997. Special interests in gynaecology, genito-urinary medicine, family planning, palliative medicine, cardiology, men’s health and child health.

Dr Michael Choong (m)

MBBS(Hons) MRCGP DFSRH DCM Registered 1993

Trained at University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and qualified in 1992. He worked at Farnborough Hospital and did his general practice training locally before joining the practice in 1996. He attained his membership with the Royal College of General Practice in 1995. Special interests in diabetology, cardiology, internal medicine, minor surgery, joint injections and acupuncture.

Joined the Practice in April 2014. . She is the Practice respiratory lead.

Dr Andrew F Parson (m)

MB ChB DRCOG MRCGP (Liverpool 1988)

Dr Parson’s special expertise is in diabetes and he is responsible for the practice’s diabetic clinic. He is also Chair of Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group.

Dr Nicola Pascall (f)

BM DRCOG DFSRH MRCGP Registered 1998

Trained at Southampton Medical School and qualified in 1997. She did her GP training in Bromley and joined the practice in 2001. Her special interests are child health, dermatology, women’s health and family planning.

Dr Supriya Roy (m)

MBBS MRCGP DRCOG Registered 2001

Born and raised in Solihull, West Midlands. He trained at University College London (UCL) Medical School and qualified in 2000. After working for six years in cancer treatment hospitals within Greater London, he then completed a three year GP vocational training scheme. After that he became a full time GP in central London for a further three years before joining the practice in January 2013. His special interests include cancer care, chronic pain, lung conditions, men’s health, ENT and gastroenterology.

Dr Viral Tanna (m)

Dr Tanna has a special interest in sports injuries.

Dr Maxim Yau (f)

BSc MBChB DRCOG MRCGP (Warwick 2004)

Dr Yau is interested in women’s health and also runs our minor surgery service at the high street site.

Dr Victoria Baker (f)

MRCGP DRCOG RCGP DFSRH Registered 2004

Trained at the University of Southampton, qualified in 2003. She completed her vocational training in Sidcup. Her areas of interest are child and women’s health and family planning.

Dr Beverley Choong (f)

MBBS BSc DRCOG DCH DFSRH Registered 1992

Grew up locally and trained at Guy’s Hospital Medical School, London and qualified in 1991. She joined the practice in 1996. Special interests in child health, women and sexual health, family planning, IUD and implants. She is also a trainer in contraception and sexual health.

Dr Catherine Jones (f)

MBBS MRCGP Registered 2015

Trained at University College London Medical School, graduating in 2014. She completed her GP training in Bromley in 2020. After working as a GP in Tower Hamlets, she has returned to Work in Bromley and joined Woodlands in March 2022. 

Dr Beena Ashok (f)

MBBS MRCGP DFFP(DFSRH) 1995 (Kerala)

Beena joined the Practice in April 2023 and is a salaried GP. She has extensive experience in all aspects of general practice having been a GP for 18 years. She has interest in respiratory conditions , diabetes, women’s health and palliative care.

Dr Claire Keegan (f)

MBChB MRCGP (2019) RCPathME

Dr Keegan completed medical training in Cardiff before working in Liverpool. She trained as a GP in Greenwich and joined the practice in 2023.

Lynne Webb (f)

PgCert ANP, BSc (hons) Grad Cert NMP, RGN
Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Joined the Practice in September 2013. An advanced Nurse Practitioner is an alternative healthcare provider who is trained to deliver a high standard of patient care including examinations, diagnosis, prescriptions as appropriate and referrals for investigations and to other health care providers as necessary. She qualified as a Nurse in 1984 and obtained her Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification from South Bank University in 2012. She specialises in contraceptive implants.

Melanie Welch (f)

Diphe Nursing Studies (Adult) 1995.
Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Joined the Practice in 2012. An advanced Nurse Practitioner is an alternative healthcare provider who is trained to deliver a high standard of patient care including examinations, diagnosis, prescriptions as appropriate and referrals for investigations and to other health care providers as necessary. She is responsible for the running of the diabetic clinic providing specialist care for these patients at the surgery. She also covers routine nursing where required and child immunisations.

Rachel Simo (f)

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Trained at York and Scarborough College of Midwifery and Nursing. Joined the practice in 2000. Special interests in diabetes, coronary heart disease, asthma and minor illnesses.

Hannah Gunther (f)

BSC (Hons) Adult Nursing

Practice Nurse

Hannah is a registered nurse who joined the Practice from secondary care. She runs the Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetes and Child immunisation Clinics and offers general nursing. Training to become an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Bola Ogunremi (f)

RGN BSc (Hons), Dip Asthma, Dip Diabetes
Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Trained at Kings College London and London South Bank University in Nursing and Midwifery, qualifying as an RGN in 1998 and RM in 2001. Special interests are in Asthma, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, women’s health as well as Public Health where she has worked as a cardiovascular disease prevention nurse since 2009.​ Bola joined the practice in 2019.

Emma Flynn (f)

Healthcare Assistant

Emma specialises in Cardiology, provides NHS health checks, BP management and assists with some specialist clinics. She is a trained phlebotomist.

Healthcare Assistant

Debbie specialises in smoking cessation and assists with some specialist clinics and works closely with the diabetic nursing lead.

Practice Team

Rebecca Green

Practice Manager

Rebecca has been working at the practice since January 2013. As Practice Manager, Rebecca is responsible for the overall running of the practice. She is supported by a large and experienced management team.

Lois Deering

Deputy Practice Manager

Lois is responsible for the operational management of the Practice and deputises in the Practice Manager’s absence. She is responsible for investigating and responding to patient complaints along with the management team. She is the information governance lead for the Practice and responsible for the IT system.

Vanessa Metcalf & Donna Evenett

Practice Operations & Finance Managers

Vanessa & Donna share the role of Practice Operations & Finance Manager. They are responsible for the day to day operational running within the Partnership and they cover all 5 days of the working week

Judie Crowther

Patient Services Manager

Judie is responsible for the running of the Care Navigation teams at both sites. She covers all aspects of patient service including attending PPG meetings and resolution of complaints.

Contracts and Administration Manager

Sarah is responsible for the Administration team and leads a specialised team of Care Co-ordinators.

We have a large administration team including secretaries and care navigators covering all aspects of practice non-clinical work and providing support to the clinical team.

Rebecca McDonald (f)

BTEC LEVEL 4; HCPC Allied Health Professional; Trainee First Contact Practitioner.
Paramedic Practice

Rebecca joined the partnership in 2022 and brings 13 years experience of responding to 999 calls. Her role is to assist in the provision of home visits to provide assessment and urgent/emergency care within her trained scope of practice and ‘in-clinic’ assessment and management of patients within some undiagnosed and diagnosed conditions


Your social prescribing link worker can talk to you about a problem you have or a change you would like to make. If you’re feeling stressed by work, money, housing or loneliness, or if you’d like to make some lifestyle changes to help you manage a health condition, ask your GP or a member of the practice team to refer you for social prescribing.  Your link worker will give advice, information and encouragement and connect you with suitable local services to support you.

Health Visitor

Our health visitors are employed by Bromley Healthcare. They can be contacted for help and advice on 020 8836 8621 Bromley Health Visiting Team (option 1).


Community Midwife

You can now self-refer for Antenatal Services via the relevant hospital’s website, there is no need to see a GP for this. Postnatal care is offered by appointment for the eight-week check with a practice nurse.

Community/District Nursing Service

Our district nurses provide nursing for the housebound and terminally ill. They can be contacted by ringing 0300 330 5777. They also run a leg ulcer clinic on Wednesday morning. They are employed by Bromley Healthcare.
